Initially educated at West Point with a Bachelors Degree in General Engineering and an MBA from the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Mr. Rinehart has been a Strategic C-level executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, renewable energy, healthcare, and finance. He has a  Proven track record in growing revenues, optimizing operations, and leading high-performance teams.  Brad’s time at West Point and his MBA, combine discipline, business acumen, and innovation to drive results in complex, regulated environments.  His experience as a CEO executive and other C suite positions extends to companies in Australia, Germany, The Netherlands and China as well as partnered with top universities and research institutions globally.

In addition to his many C Suite positions internationally, Mr. Rinehart is highly experienced in working with manufacturing operations in the Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Viet Nam, Belgium, Austria, Poland and Spain.
